Don provides senior level property management services as well as facility management services to the Neyer Management team. His nearly 30-year background brings extensive property/facility management experience, account/portfolio management, client and tenant relations, budgeting/forecasting, and capital improvement management.
Don began his career in commercial real estate in 1990. Prior to joining Neyer Management, Don was a Property Manager for a Cincinnati Insurance company. Since joining Neyer, Don has expanded his certifications and skills to manage an increasingly complex assortment of properties for a variety of ownership types.
Don is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky and has direct management responsibility for office and retail properties in Greater Cincinnati.
