Ellen Mayleben was named Vice President of Asset Management in 2019 to expand the company’s strategic management capabilities. Ellen works with owners to develop and continually refine the best strategies for their assets. She adds new layers to carry out Neyer Management’s mission to deliver optimal results for our clients’ real estate investments. In addition to helping owners maximize returns, Ellen supports owners with their disposition, acquisition, and development projects.

She has more than thirty years of client-focused asset management experience in the commercial real estate industry, including Al. Neyer, North American Properties, and Paul Hemmer Companies. She has served in leadership positions for the boards of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), as well as Notre Dame Urban Education Center (NDUEC).
