Eric joined the Local Union 392 mechanical equipment services program out of high school. He spent 8 years installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. In 2009, Eric joined Neyer Management as a Skilled Maintenance Technician, taking maintenance responsibility on commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
In 2011, Eric became the Chief Engineer of a large local portfolio. He managed the operations and maintenance at over 20 buildings, totaling more than 5 million square feet. As time went on, Eric began working closely with the owner group by providing due diligence on acquisitions, special projects, and CapEx planning and implementation.
In 2018, Neyer Management developed the Building Solutions Group. Eric, as the Vice President, is responsible for the operations and maintenance for the entire portfolio, totaling more than 30 million square feet and over 35 employees.”
