John Neyer is CEO of Neyer Management, the region’s largest independent property management company with 34,000,000 SF and 275+ properties in their portfolio. As the fifth generation of his family to be involved in midwestern real estate, John grew up developing an innate understanding of what it takes to make a property work. Simplifying the complex and keeping an eye on the basics are trademark operating principles.
As part of an aligned separation of Neyer family interests, John carved out the company’s well-respected commercial property management operation. By giving this operation focused attention and senior level direction, John was able to leverage this solid base into a rapidly growing, independent operation. Neyer Management’s stock-in- trade is flexibility.
John works extensively with each member of the senior management team to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of the tenants and, therefore, the owners. By demonstrating attention from the very top of the organization, tenants understand that their concerns are heard and they know that they have a familiar voice at the top in the event that they have a special need.
Our team averages more than 17 years in real estate and has experience working for developers, private investors, syndicators, institutional owners, REITs, healthcare systems, governmental bodies and others.
