Kathleen Zimmerman joined Neyer Management in 2016 as the Property Controller. She is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive expertise in the areas of operational accounting, management, and taxes. She manages the day-to-day activities of the accounting department.

Kathleen has twenty years of accounting experience in both the public and corporate arena.  She most recently served as the Director of Accounting Operations at Phillips Edison and Company, a national owner operator of grocery anchored shopping centers.
