Leslie has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property management as well as extensive experience with construction management. Prior to joining Neyer Management, Leslie served as a Commercial Property Manager with Eagle Realty Group. Prior to that she was a Senior Property Manager with Regency Realty Corporation where she oversaw the property management of a 1.5 million SF portfolio of retail centers. During her extensive career, she also served as General Manager of Beechmont Mall in Anderson Township and managed a number of suburban office properties.
Most recently, Leslie took the lead position in creating and developing the Lease Administration department with Neyer Management. She and her team have developed procedures and resources to aid both employees and clients in more efficient lease and tenant record- keeping.
Leslie also manages a team of property managers and the lease administration team. In addition, she is part of the Executive Committee Team, responsible for shaping policy and procedures for Neyer Management.
