Northpoint Development Addition to Management Portfolio

Neyer Management is proud to welcome Northpoint Development to our management portfolio. We are providing management services for two million square feet of Class A industrial assets in Fairfield, OH, Fort Wayne, IN and Bowling Green, KY. The two buildings in Fairfield were completed in late 2017 and are currently 50% leased, while the sites in Bowling Green and Fort Wayne were completed in mid-2017 and are fully leased.

Northpoint Development is based in Kansas City, Missouri and is one of the largest developers of Class A industrial assets in the country, with 34 million square feet of industrial space developed since 2012. Northpoint Development specializes in spaces for top level tenants, such as General Motors, Amazon and UPS. Our partnership with Northpoint Development has helped to solidify Neyer Management as a strong property management firm in the region for the fast-growing industrial asset class.
