First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Neyer Management is a company known for being a catalyst in the lives of the people within our organization and the people our company serves. In unprecedented times like these, it is our culture of care and compassion for people that carries us through. The health and well-being of our team members, their families, and our tenants is paramount. We are working to be supportive in every way that we can and will continue to follow all recommendations about the safety of our team, our tenants and our communities.

The management and administrative sides of our business have largely transitioned to working from home. Office management and accounting representatives are in our offices on a limited basis to minimize disruptions of service to our properties. Maintenance, as designated essential service, is continuing to care for our properties, though with some common-sense precautions around spacing.
