Neyer Management adds banking veteran to growing team
CINCINNATI (February 24, 2020) – Neyer Real Estate Management announces the hiring of Greg Noll, director of business development, and Olivia Nelson, human resources manager, to the Greater Cincinnati team. Both positions were added to aid in the heavily customizable property management company’s strategic growth plan for the coming years.
Greg Noll joins Neyer Management with an extensive background in corporate finance and banking. Noll possesses a well-rounded background in corporate finance including line lender handling accounts from privately held companies to large publicly held companies, manager of a business banking group, bank president, private equity exposure, and hands-on experience in commercial real estate development and property management.
Since 1998, Greg has also been running his company, Capstone Financial Solutions, a financial services company specializing in turnaround management and loan brokering. Noll will help to lead the charge in expanding distressed assets and receivership business. When collateral is in jeopardy, Neyer can provide in-depth solutions to maximize asset protection and recovery.
Olivia Nelson joins the team as human resources manager. Nelson graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her degree in Business Administration with a Focus in Meeting & Event Planning. She has spent the last 14 years in Home health care, Hospice and Long-Term Care as a Human Resources Director. Not only does she have a true passion for HR, but also professional training and development to help employees reach their full potential.
