John Neyer named interim Director of Cincinnati Parks
CINCINNATI (December 9, 2021) – John Neyer, CEO of Neyer Real Estate Management, LLC has been named interim Director of Cincinnati Parks.
Neyer got his start in commercial real estate when he joined his family’s real estate development business, where he worked in marketing and then development. When the company reorganized in 2003, Neyer, age 30, broke off what had been a purely internal property management business as his own separate company, Neyer Management.
As a lifelong Cincinnatian, Neyer has a continued heavy involvement in the Tri-State Area. He was an early board member and eventually board chair of the Holocaust and Humanity Center. He was a 12-year board member and chair of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation. Other service to the community includes DePaul Cristo Rey, where he chaired the Facilities Committee during a $20 million campus expansion, and the Clifton Community Arts Center. Neyer currently serves as a member of the park board’s Investment Committee.
Spun off from a long history of real estate expertise in 2003, Neyer Management is a full-service commercial and residential property management firm dedicated to expertly leveraging our team to find the best opportunity for growth and value creation for your asset. The company specializes in office, retail, industrial, medical, and residential property and asset management, receiverships, and building solutions. Neyer Management’s approach is customized to meet the needs of each unique assignment – providing a degree of connection with each project that the large, national companies cannot match.
